I sat down at the wooden table, anticipating my first real sashimi experience. The glass plate arrived, artfully arranged with vibrant salmon, deep red tuna, and delicate white fish. I picked up my chopsticks nervously, selected a piece, and took my first bite. The fresh, buttery flavor was absolutely perfect.
